How it works
After you purchase Powerful You(th), you will get instant access to our online library. We will ship your Powerful You(th) tool box in 3-5 business days. Your box will include 10 mini boxes that correspond with each lesson. Each mini box contains a hands-on activity to help put the materials we talk about into practice. Your tool box will also include a workbook that will be used with each week's lesson.

In addition to the tool box, workbook, and online video course, there is a once-a-week Power Session, where Lindsey will do a 10-minute deep dive on related coaching topics and answer questions from you and your teen. You may also have the opportunity to get coached live!
